Wes Myles – General Manager

Mr. Myles brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry including, valuations, financing, acquisitions, asset management, development and construction management including foreign and emerging market experience.

Mr. Myles started his career as a Structural Carpenter with a Design-Builder in Toronto, Canada at tender age of 18. He progressed rapidly into more responsible positions managing construction of new commercial buildings in excess of $8 million. Mr. Myles has completing projects in various locations across Canada.

Mr. Myles has a Post-MBA, Advanced Management, Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment, an MBA in International Finance, Economics and Strategic Management both from the Schulich School of Business and an Hons. Degree in Commerce, Investment and Portfolio Management. Mr. Myles is also a member of Schulich Real Estate Alumni Association.

Terry Hussey – Operations Manager

Mr. Hussey has been a commercial framer and drywaller spanning several decades. He is an experienced project manager with strong ability to drive project schedules to the satisfaction of many of the top construction manage firms. His ability to work with other trades and navigate complex projects has been key to the success of Equity Wall Systems for many years.
